Payments

Payments information:

· We accept cash, checks and major credit cards. For credit card payments click

· We reserve the right to change the payment method.

· Copayments are due at the moment of service.

· Balances due are expected to be paid prior to the next appointment.

· Missed appointments without a 24 hour notice will be charged a $50 administrative fee.

· 24 hours cancellation notice is required.

· Two missed appointments in a row will result in discharge.

· A fee will be charged for letters and medical records copies or transfers.
